Inauguro i miei interventi in questo blog - per la cui elegante veste grafica ringrazio il webmaster Dino Recchi - riportando il testo della mozione presentata dal nostro Consigliere Regionale Moreno Pieroni.
Condivido in pieno la sua preoccupazione che vengano mantenuti i livelli occupazionali di quell'impianto e dell'indotto e voglio invitarlo ad indirizzare la sua sensibilità anche ad altre realtà territoriali afflitte da identici mali , come il Piceno, senza  Food sterile polemics with this parochial.

- The President of the Legislative Assembly of the Marches

Subject: Motion on the economic situation - Employment Workshop FS Ancona, Fabriano.

VISA
the "Service Contract" for the public rail transport at regional and local signed November 13, 2009 in Macerata in the Marche Region and the company Trenitalia SpA;
CONSIDERED
that in this Service Contract is valid for the years 2009-2014 as well as the "user services" we speak of "work" by providing a "facelift" of 150 cars MDVE in the years 2010-2012;
ALSO CONSIDERED
that this "facelift" would have been achieved by the installation of maintenance of rolling stock Trenitalia (ex Locomotive Workshop) Ancona and Fabriano, and that the same equipment, offers today employs about 180 people led by more than a twice. FS
This workshop is, in fact, assets and workforce skills of the four most important in Italy;

NOTED that through 2010 none of the 50 cars which were made it was intended that the "restyling" has been achieved and that this would be a prerequisite for a sharp decline if not for the closure of the workshop;
ALSO NOTED that
this is a trend, also seen developments in the crisis Shipyards Ancona and many other companies in the Marches, which is becoming more dangerous for the entire production system that already suffers from the Marche, on time, a gradual de-industrialization and destruction and that this can not but arouse our deep concern for the stasis and the deafening "silence" the issue workshop FS Ancona and Fabriano;
NOTING
of, repeated public statements by the Mayor of Voghera, Carlo Barbieri, in which, after two official meetings (in September and November) with the President of Trenitalia SpA, Marco Zanichelli, literally claims to have obtained assurances from the President of the Workshop on the future railway Trenitalia SpA Via Voghera Lomellino and that "I was assured that most of the activities that were carried out in the Marches will in Voghera, from so-called "facelift" to the cars that the reconstruction of the inner parts of most intercity transit ";
CONSIDERED
that everything, besides being in clear breach and violation of the Service Contract, signed only months earlier, in the Marche Region and Trenitalia SpA with its enormous, damage that would be caused to the town of Ancona and the entire economic system - the employment of the Marche, it would be a demonstration of how well-founded concerns of those who fear that the federalism that, indeed, the aim is to divisive and discriminatory and does not, however, the solidarity that strengthens the seal unit of the "system" Italy;

EVERYTHING '
WHEREAS the Legislative Assembly of the Marches

COMMITS
the President and the Regional Council urgently to enable all relevant policy initiatives - such as to institutional:
1) obtain from Trenitalia SpA, the observance of the provisions in Service Contract signed between the parties November 13, 2009 in Macerata,
2) require the intervention of the Ministry of Transport to ensure, in any case, the protection of the Workshop FS Ancona and from the Fabriano employment levels of its operation which is induced.
